Excellent job stitching my head back together. They have more appointment openings than anywhere I've ever been. The doctors are pretty understanding and not egotistical. I did have a fill in Dr one day that didn't do a great job though.
Public beware. Without receiving an invoice for services rendered, I was surprised to receive a notice from a collection agency with exorbitant fees. When I contacted the hospital billing department I was told their “systems were down” and they would call me back. A day later I received a message that I needed to work through the collection agency- again without receiving even one invoice for my visit. Drive a bit further to Issaquah where they properly bill insurance and invoice remaining balances.
Kind, respectful, informative care from the drive through Covid testing booth. So very grateful that they are there so that we can get tested without having to leave our car and expose others, and because the car is way more comforting than a waiting room while feeling absolutely crummy. Thank you for being there for us.
This is a great hospital. Snoqualmie and North Bend residents are lucky to have it. Been here a few times myself and with my kids to the ER. The nurses are fast, skilled, caring and thorough. The providers on duty are always kind and work hard to get to the bottom of things. It’s clean and all staff members are friendly.

We had our booster shots given at your drive through window. As always, it was an excellent experience with the kindest, friendliest nurse! Our dog loves her too! It was quick and painless, and we were on our way to enjoy the rest of the day. Thank you so much for providing this service.
I missed an appt at clinic, and it would be few days to get another so I walked into ER w/ breathing difficulties and was seen by a very good Doctor. Dr Chen was fabulous he really wanted to help turns out he found a few blood clots in my lungs and sent me to
Overlake Hospital I do believe he saved my life..
Juliette was awesome and made the experience of our Covid boosters painless and pleasant. Easy drive up. We came from Woodinville and will do this again next year! We would love to have had a flu shot same time but happy to be Boosted.
First off, the labs are bad- my Dr's became aware of this, which is why I'm back to labcorp. Second, the billing dept is a nightmare. They sent the bill for some labs to the worst collections agency in the area, shortly after my initial bill was issued (and we never received ANY mail from them so we didn't see the bill!) The particular collection agency they used charged an extra $300 within a few months, and increased that. I called the hospital, once I discovered I had this bill, and offered to pay off the bill in full to the hospital directly if they'd take it out of collections, and they promised to get back. Well, 2 months later and many calls, still no word for them. They'd rather just screw over their clients. Which, I will NEVER be again!
